Private to you

Everything you enter is visible only to your own account. It is not shared with your employer, the company you sell for, other salesmen or anyone else. Every record is locked to your account at the database level.

What we store

• Your email and sign-in details.
• What you enter: leads, customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and emails, prices, jobs, payments, notes and photos.
• Your settings: company name, logo, license number and commission terms.
• A daily count of AI requests, to apply fair-use limits.

Advertising measurement

The public marketing pages use the Meta Pixel to measure ads. It never runs inside the signed-in app and never receives your personal or business data.

What we never store

No Social Security numbers and no bank account or card numbers. Please do not type them into notes or upload pictures of them.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the text or image needed for that request is sent to an AI provider to produce the answer. It is not used to advertise to you.

Assistant

Your assistant conversations and the things you ask it to remember are stored privately to your account, used only to answer you, and can be deleted at any time from Settings → Assistant. The admin sees only usage counts and costs, never what you wrote.

Export and delete

You can export all your data at any time from Backup. You can delete your account from My terms: this permanently removes all your records and files.
